Loose Inserts: Multiple and bound inserts on request. Inserts required 3 weeks before the on-sale date. Price on application. Sample must be supplied.

Design Service: A design service is available at a minimal cost and we are able to assist with advertising concepts and production.

Discounts: Applicable for long term bookings.

Supplied Material: (Note: A colour proof must accompany all supplied ads.) Only Macintosh files created from the following programs can be accepted. We can accept the latest versions of all the following programs.

QuarkXpress - All colours are to be CMYK. Please ensure you supply all fonts and 300dpi CMYK (TIFF or EPS) images used in the file. DO NOT enlarge images more than 130% in Quark.

Freehand/Illustrator - Please ensure all fonts and images are embedded. Alternatively, supply all fonts and images along with the file.

Adobe Photoshop - Ensure files are bitmap, greyscale or CMYK not RGB and the resolution is 270-300 dpi at 100%.

PDF - Please ensure the PDF is made to print ready standard NOT Proofing standard. 300 dpi, CMYK, or Spot, with the fonts embedded.

Other - Any format not listed above must be discussed with our production department to determine if conversion is possible. If you supply files requiring conversion you accept the responsibility for the final output quality. You will incur charges for converting the file. All artwork should be supplied in final form and on disk (DVD, CD, or Zip), together with a colour printout as a reference. Please contact our production department if you have any questions about the type of material you can submit.

Conditions:
The publishers reserve the right to refuse, cancel or to revise any advertisement to accord with the standards of the publication. Any advertisement, which in the opinion of the publisher could be confused with editorial, will be modified to include advertisement or similar wording in a prominent position within the advertising space. They accept no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage caused by an error or inaccuracy in the printing of any advertisement and do not give any undertaking that an advertisement will be inserted by any specific date, although every effort will be made to meet the requirements of the advertisers. While the publishers will take every care with the original material and transparencies, they will not be liable for any loss or consequential loss. In the event of copy not being supplied on time, the publishers reserve the right to repeat any previous advertisement at the advertiser?s expense. A 25% cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations made after booking deadline. All advertisements in the publication will be accepted only on the express condition that the advertiser warrants that the advertisement does not in any way contravene the provisions of the Act.
