Seniors Card Directory

The Seniors Card Directory is a State Government publication in which businesses can offer discounts to cardholders.

Benefits to advertisers include:

• A highly targeted market of more than 300,000 consumers
• A direct targeting mechanism able to reach the 60 years and over age group, utilising the official database of the Office for the Ageing.
• The 12-month life span of the directory.

Readership:
All permanent residents of South Australia aged 60 years or over who meet the criteria, determined by the Government of South Australia . The Seniors Card is issued free. There are no income restrictions.

Distribution:
The 2011 Seniors Card Directory is sent free of charge to every South Australian household receiving the Seniors Card.

The Seniors Card Directory is updated and re-printed annually and is published in December. In addition, approved businesses receive window decals informing the general public that discounts to Seniors Card holders are offered by the business.

Criteria of Advertisements:
Businesses are required to offer a minimum of 5% discount to Seniors Card Holders.
