A community-led initiative powered through MusicNT, the All Good Project works across live music venues and festivals in the Northern Territory to foster safer, more inclusive event spaces. Through paid staff training, volunteer harm-reduction teams, on-site care zones, and educational campaigns—including the “Be a Legend” behaviour-change movement—they empower venues and patrons to look after one another. Resources like coasters, posters, and merchandise support messaging around consent, anti-discrimination, and active bystanding. Collaborating with government, industry, and grassroots organisations, All Good embodies best-practice safety, accessibility, and equity for NT’s live music scene.
